Only for Women – Women must read

India Supreme Court Judge “Jasti Chelameswar” appealed to women to seek political power through equal representation in legislative bodies, after reading this news, it was motivated me to write this article. Please read entire article and pass this to every women in the world, If this motivates at least few women then I’m the happiest person in the world…

What is Women Empowerment?

Women Empowerment means, women who openly display their power, knowledge and skill, creation of an environment for women where they can make decisions of their own for their personal benefits as well as for the society, receiving public recognition and honor. It also means to increasing and improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal-right to women, to makeC:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\50083e4c77f263658a24f2dbc4a8a82b.jpg them confident enough to claim their rights, such as:

  • get equal opportunity for education
  • get equal employment opportunity without any gender bias
  • get safe and comfortable working environment.
  • freely live their life with a sense of self-worth, respect and dignity,
  • have complete control of their life, both within and outside of their home and workplace,
  • to make their own choices and decisions,
  • have equal rights to participate in social, religious and public activities,
  • have equal social status in the society,
  • have equal rights for social and economic justice,
  • determine financial and economic choices,

Why Women Empowerment is Important?

Because to achieve below mentioned points women empowerment is very essential.

1. C:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\power-woman-2.jpgUnder-employed and unemployed

2. Equally competent and intelligent

3. Talented

4. Overall development of society

5. Economic Benefits

6. Reduction in domestic violence

7. Reduction in corruption

8. Reduce Poverty

9. National Development

10. Irreplaceable in some sectors

Many of the barriers to women’s empowerment and equity lie ingrained in cultural norms. Many women feel these pressures, while others have become accustomed to being treated inferior to men. Empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sectors is essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability, and improve the quality of life for women, men, families and communities.

We have lot of women in great positions to motivate other women who still struggling to come out of the so-called man dominated society.

Still most of the female not opposing the crime, not fighting for their rights. In my earlier article I clearly mentioned women rights, first of all every female must read this article to know their rights in this Society.

Don’t wait for HELP, don’t wait for support, you start your first step and then seek for support if at all necessary. No one will help without any intention, so be careful, so be yourself and do what is your heart is telling.

Villains are all around. Rogues, sneaky and crafty people are in our friends, relative, neighbors, uncles, boss, colleagues or in our own family members, I’m not telling everyone are like that but you have to findout with their behavior, you have to know how to survive, how to protect and how to handle them carefully, you can’t escape anything, you have to face it. These people are like speed breakers for your future so carefully handle and be focused on your goal.

Do you think that all successful women reached to the top position very easily and they didn’t face any problems? In reality, they faced lot more than anybody else. Then how they reached to the top of the position, because they have that determination, passion, goal, will power, courage and no give-up attitude.

C:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\9f994aaf810581e368978e327de06223.jpgThe other side, women are still facing harassment, molestation, rapes and not even complaining or not even telling their parents, if parent knows then they are hiding for their reputation and not complaining. You know what is big mistake you are doing, because of this “you are indirectly encouraging these criminals” so please don’t give them any second thought and we have to punish the wrongdoers.

So why women still compromising with kitchen, why they are struggling to come out. I think we are still filled with those old myths.

So, in general I want to say all of you that don’t sit and cry for help. No one will come to help you, they will come only to encourage or support you, so you have to fight for your rights and you have to fight for your justification. You have to run yourself to reach your destination.

This iC:\Users\lenovo\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\Feminism-feminism-34300899-500-500.jpgs the power that guards your being and feeds us.

It is the energy you must have for survival and vitality – for life itself.

  • To express anger cleanly
  • To share vulnerabilities safely
  • To re-energize our sexuality
  • To strengthen our ability to “speak truth to power”
  • To heal our relationship to the abusers and victims in our inner landscape
  • To reclaim our power from the shadows of past vows we once promised
  • To find a community of women dedicated to our growing fullness
  • To advocate for what is sacred to our hearts and souls

In this juncture, I like to bring the below message to all women to fight united to achieve equal representation.

Supreme Court judge Jasti Chelameswar appealed to women to seek political power through equal representation in legislative bodies in a bid to resolve various problems being faced by them. By: PTI | Ahmedabad | Published: September 23, 2017 10:57 PM

Supreme Court judge Jasti Chelameswar appealed to women to seek political power through equal representation in legislative bodies in a bid to resolve various problems being faced by them. “Educate your sisters, organise them, and demand for equal participation in every sphere of governance in this country, and you will be able to achieve solution to all problems (faced by you),” Justice Chelameswar told a gathering of women lawyers. He was speaking at the inauguration of the 5th national conference of All India Federation of Women Lawyers.

“If you secure political power, your problems will be solved. The day women capture 300 seats in Lok Sabha, then you won’t have to make any further demand. Then you are the rulers, and you will decide what you want to do,” he said. Justice Chelameswar said women, despite constituting 50 per cent of the total population, have failed to exert considerable pressure on the political class for their advantage, but have failed to do so.

“You as a class are disadvantaged. Any organised sector is able to put pressure on a government–a democratic government. But any of these sections are small compared to your class, which encompasses all these classes,” he said. The supreme court judge then asked women to put pressure on the political class by demanding equal representation.

So all women in India, this is the right time to fight for this, so at-least by next year election you can achieve this.

A photo of Brazilian Minister Manuela D’Avila breastfeeding her baby in National Assembly has gone viral across the world in 2016.

This photo shows the status, liberty, empowerment and courage women have achieved throughout the ages.

Again this picture beautifully breaks the orthodoxial and male dominated standards made for women.

In 21st century this picture is a symbol of inception of era of real equality real liberty and real empowerment.

In this competitive world, we all face various challenges. Along with great advice, they also need encouragement from teachers, parents, siblings and peers so that they can do wonders in their life. My intention is to motivate and give a hand to those who still in dilemma about their position in our society. That is why I thought to right this article to motivate, if it helps at-least few women then I’m the happiest person in the world.
